Andre Gutierrez is the TVRG Homes Mentor Program Director and consistently one of the team’s top salespeople. He is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, which puts him in a unique position to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients when competing interests are at play. Andre is also a former President and Vice President of the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is the Program Manager for the Center for Foreclosure Alternatives, which regularly helps people avoid foreclosure, and is also certified investor specialist. He works primarily by referral, and is also fluent in Spanish. Andre is a Virginia state certified instructor and regularly teaches classes for first time home buyers, sponsored by the Virginia Housing Development Authority. He is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and to education. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and 4 kids, coaching soccer, or playing soccer.
